The first thing i want thanks Yilmaz who was in the reception for his helpful and kindly service at every moment i need an information i contact him on whatsapp and he answers me even if he was in hours off so thank you so much Yilmaz! The proximity too i made everything by walking (taksim and istiklal at 2min, galata tower at 10min by walking), .... Thank you all and if i will back to Istanbul i will return to this hotel really.

Tutkin was really helpful and all other staff. They help us whenever needed. Location was quite near to Istiqlal street. But going to Sultanahmet was a bit tidious. You can only avail taxi. Train option was very limited.

The hotel is perfect, amazing location and very cozy! The reception manager Rasim was super helpful, he managed the transfer, when he could for some rooms even late check-out, everything was so great, they made our stay excellent! I will come to this hotel more and more often, cause we feel like a home and the service is high class as well! Many thanks!!

I stayed in Tulip city for 10 days and we loved it, the location is so central and near to most touristic attraction. The staff there is exceptional. Specially Yilmaz, who’s extremely professional, well spoken and helpful. He is so passionate about his job and went out of his way to help all the time. Would definitely come back to Istanbul and stay at Tulip city.

hotel was nice, neat, clean and the location is great, the staff really great. I spoke to Yalmiz before arrival to see if I could check in earlier, that was arranged immediately, the room was immediately ready for me. very helpful. they also arranged a transfer to the airport for me for a nice price.
